Step-by-Step Registration Process
Step 1: Collect Clearance Form
- Visit your department to collect the clearance form.
Step 2: Obtain Customised Tellers
- Go to the Unit Accountant Office to collect tellers for the following payments:
- Departmental Registration: N1,000
- School Registration: N2,000
- Clinic Registration: N2,000
- Union Dues: N1,200
- Entrepreneurship Training: N5,000
Step 3: Make Payments
- Proceed to Microfinance Bank to pay the required fees.
Step 4: Submit Teller
- Visit the Old Admin Block at the School of Management Studies.
- Submit the teller and collect the official receipt.
Step 5: Submit Documents to M.I.S.
- Meet the M.I.S. representative at your school.
- Submit copies of these documents:
- Clearance Form (photocopy)
- Previous Payment Receipt (authenticated photocopy)
- Receipts for the current payments (photocopies)
Step 6: Complete Online Registration
- Log into your account to:
- Pay Central Registration Fee
- Print Receipts
- Print Course Registration Form (CRF)
- Print Student Examination Card
Step 7: Payment Authentication
- Go to the Bursary Department to authenticate your payments.
Step 8: Medical Screening
- Visit the clinic for medical screening.
Step 9: ID Card Payment
- Proceed to the Consultancy Unit at Central Administration to pay for your ID card.
Step 10: Submit Final Documents
- Submit the authenticated payment evidence and other registration documents to your department.
