Eligible Candidates
1. All candidates must choose the Federal Polytechnic Ayede as their First (1st) Choice of institution in the 2025/2026 UTME
2. Candidates who wish to choose Federal Polytechnic Ayede as their first Choice are required to do Change of institution on JAMB Portal:
3. Candidates must have scored not less than 120 marks and above in the 2025/2026 UTME Examination;
4. Prospective candidates must equally have five (5) relevant ‘O’ Level credits as contained in the JAMB Brochure at not more than two (2) sittings
5. Candidates must have uploaded their ‘O’ Level result(s) on JAMB CAPS through a JAMB accredited CBT Centre,
6. Candidates awaiting ‘O’ Level results can also apply in anticipation of the eventual release of their results which they must upload promptly on the JAMB CAPS for consideration and possible admission offer before the end of admission exercise.
Procedures for Application
1. Candidates interested in the Full-Time Programmes, who must have written the 2025/2026 UTME and scored 120 and above can now apply for a Change of Institution on JAMB Portal and choose Federal Polytechnic Ayede as their first Choice (for Candidates who did not choose the Institution as their First Choice);
2. Applicant may thereafter proceed to http://www.federalpolyayede.edu.ng to purchase and complete the Post-UTME form for Two Thousand naira (N2000.00) only (excluding remita and administrative charges);
3. Applicants must possess a personal active email address.
