The Students’ Union Government (SUG) executives wish to appreciate the entire students of the Polytechnic for their patience, understanding, and support in resolving the issues surrounding the miscellaneous fees.
After a series of constructive dialogues with the Polytechnic management, during which the management reinstated the reasons behind the increment, the Union executives also presented reasons why students need to be considered in policy implementation, especially given the current state of the economy in our nation.
We are pleased to announce that the miscellaneous fee (infrastructure fee) has been reduced, and this adjustment has been effected and is now visible on the Polytechnic portal.
Students who have paid the initial amount will be communicated with on how to get a refund of the deducted amount as soon as possible.
As your representatives, we reaffirm our continuous commitment to advocating for students’ welfare, fairness, and consideration in policy implementation.
