The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), the apex student body representing over 40 million Nigerian students across tertiary institutions within Nigeria and in the diaspora, has presented the prestigious “Archiver Par Excellence” Award to Mr. Afeez Adebayo Dosunmu, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Hoad Heights Limited, in recognition of his outstanding leadership in real estate development and youth empowerment.
The award was presented during an official courtesy visit by a high-level delegation of NANS national executives to the Hoad Heights corporate office in Abuja. While Mr. Dosunmu was unavoidably absent, he was ably represented by his staff, Mrs. Loveth, who received the award on his behalf.
The “Archiver Par Excellence” Award celebrates individuals who have made significant contributions to national development through enterprise, innovation, and strategic support for youth capacity-building. Mr. Dosunmu’s work at Hoad Heights Limited has helped transform urban housing and created vital opportunities for young Nigerians to thrive.
“This award is not just a token of recognition—it is a national endorsement of Mr. Dosunmu’s enduring legacy in enterprise, housing development, and youth engagement,” said Comr. Sadiq SK Zango, NANS National Director of Research and Innovation, during the presentation.
Speaking on behalf of the MD/CEO, Mrs. Loveth expressed sincere appreciation to NANS for the recognition and reiterated Hoad Heights’ commitment to supporting initiatives that promote sustainable development, affordable housing, and youth empowerment.

The event also opened discussions on future partnerships between NANS and Hoad Heights Limited, particularly in the areas of student internship programs, affordable housing for graduates, and national advocacy for youth enterprise support.
