Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to Czech -speaking clients through multi-channel support, including phone, email, and live chat.

• Resolve complex customer inquiries and technical issues with a proactive and empathetic approach.
• Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM systems to ensure high-quality data management.

• Meet and exceed performance KPIs and service level agreements ( SLAs ) to qualify for competitive monthly performance bonuses.
• Contribute to the ongoing success of our Czech-speaking jobs department by sharing insights and feedback on service trends.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Proficiency in English to ensure smooth collaboration within our international team.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your relocation for these highly sought-after jobs in Bulgaria.
