Cros Dental is seeking a motivated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our premier private practice. We are looking for a clinician who excels in patient-focused care and possesses a strong clinical mindset for periodontics. In this role, you will manage a schedule of approximately 8–10 patients per day, providing top-tier hygiene treatments while working collaboratively within a high-energy, sophisticated dental environment.

Job Description Superior Clinical Care: Provide expert hygiene treatments, including irrigation and localized antibiotic applications (e.g., Arestin).
Diagnostic Advocacy: Conduct thorough patient exams and proactively identify diagnostic or restorative needs for the Doctor’s review.
Periodontal Program Management: Identify opportunities for periodontal therapy and successfully convert patients into necessary periodontal care systems.
Practice Production: Promote new treatments and preventive education to patients to enhance overall practice health and production.
Administrative Coordination: Reconcile the daily schedule, identify necessary follow-ups, and participate constructively in morning team huddles.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with dental assistants and front office staff, delegating tasks as needed to ensure efficient patient flow.
part-time $57 - $60 per hour

This position offers a consistent weekly schedule on the following days:
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Education: Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene (Required).
Licensure: Active State Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
Certifications: Current CPR Certification.
Clinical Knowledge: Superior understanding of all hygiene processes and periodontics.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
Software: Previous experience with Dentrix dental software.
Experience: Proven track record in a high-end or specialized periodontal setting.
Attributes: High level of comfort in treatment presentation and patient education.
