  • Establish and enforce cleaning, maintenance, and operational procedures for kitchen and storage areas.
  • Drive innovation by introducing new culinary concepts, food trends, and sustainable practices into the dining program.
  • Support high-profile events, executive dining, and catering initiatives within a dynamic corporate campus environment.
  • Utilize operational reporting tools, production systems, and culinary technology platforms to support efficient kitchen management.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on culinary leader with experience supporting bar and beverage-driven food concepts, strong knowledge of beer and wine pairings, and a passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and modern food trends.

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse culinary teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation, production systems, food cost controls, purchasing, and kitchen operations.
