Eastern Shore Lanes – Spanish Fort, Alabama

Eastern Shore Lanes is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Amusement Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This position will help maintain and repair a wide variety of equipment throughout our family entertainment center, including arcade games, electric go-karts, and Brunswick GSX bowling equipment .

You do not need experience with every type of equipment. We are looking for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who is willing to learn our specific systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain arcade games and amusement equipment
• Diagnose problems with card readers, monitors, sensors, buttons, wiring, power supplies, and other arcade components
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on our electric go-karts
• Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of Brunswick GSX bowling equipment
• Perform routine preventive maintenance according to established schedules
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and make repairs when possible
• Keep maintenance areas, tools, and replacement parts organized
• Respond to equipment issues during operating hours to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and preventive maintenance
• Assist with general facility maintenance as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications

• Mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
• Experience with arcade equipment, amusement equipment, go-karts, bowling equipment, or similar machinery is a plus
• Brunswick GSX experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Comfortable troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components
• Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs
• Dependable and willing to learn
• Must be able to work some evenings and weekends based on business needs

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys figuring out how things work and isn't afraid to troubleshoot a problem. You may come from an arcade, automotive, electrical, mechanical, industrial maintenance, HVAC, appliance repair, or similar technical background.

We are willing to train the right person on our specific arcade, go-kart, and Brunswick GSX equipment.
