We are looking for dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as General Production Workers. In this role, you'll operate industrial sewing machines to manufacture critical medical device components that help improve lives every day.

Whether you're experienced in sewing or eager to learn, we provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and clear advancement opportunities to help you succeed.

????️ What You'll Be Doing

As a General Production Worker, you will:

✅ Operate industrial sewing machines to manufacture medical device parts

✅ Attend a paid one-week classroom training program

✅ Work alongside experienced mentors on the production floor

✅ Set up sewing machines with the correct threads and materials

✅ Build production efficiency and meet expected output goals within 13 weeks

✅ Inspect products to ensure high-quality standards are met

✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

✅ Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance when needed

✅ Remain seated for extended periods while operating machinery

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Charles, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
