Job Title: General Production Worker

Location : Fremont, Ca and San jose, CA.

Shift: Morning Shift: 5 am to 1.30 pm Swing Shift: 1.30pm to 10pm

Rate: $20-$23/hr(DOE)

Exp needed- 0-5 years: 2 positions(Paint Prep and Deburr Technician)

Paint Prep Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Paint Prep Specialist to prepare metal parts for painting and powder coating by precisely masking areas with tape, plugs, and caps. This is a great role for patient individuals who thrive in hands-on, highly accurate work.

Key Responsibilities

• Review & Mask: Read blueprints to identify unpainted surfaces and accurately apply masking materials to large batches.
• Organize & Inspect: Track parts by job number, remove masking post-paint, and verify protected areas stayed clean.
• Stage: Safely move completed batches to paint staging areas.

Work Environment & Physical Needs

• Physical: Ability to stand at a workstation for your shift, perform repetitive precision tasks, and lift 5–20 lbs safely.
• Environment: Clean, relatively quiet shop with adjustable workstations to minimize strain.
• Safety: Must wear required PPE (e.g., cut-resistant/rubber gloves) and follow all safety and team-lifting guidelines.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and strong manual dexterity.
• Ability to consistently follow visual instructions and work specs.
• Experience: Entry-level candidates eager to learn are encouraged to apply! Prior manufacturing, masking, or assembly experience is a plus.

Deburr Technician

Job Summary Seeking a detail-oriented Deburr Technician to smooth and finish metal and plastic parts using hand and power tools. Ideal for hands-on individuals who value precision and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Deburr: Remove sharp edges and burrs from parts using files, scrapers, and grinders.
• Inspect: Read blueprints and verify finished pieces meet strict quality standards.
• Organize: Track parts by job number and maintain your workstation and tools.

Work Environment & Physical Needs

• Physical: Stand or sit for shifts, perform repetitive hand motions, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Safety: Work in a shop setting while wearing required PPE and following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow blueprints and visual work instructions.
• Experience: Entry-level candidates welcome! Prior manufacturing or hand-tool experience is a plus.
