# YouTube Mastermind## Overtime•### @overtimePosted on 6/9/2026•Full-time## Job Description**About the Job*** Overtime is looking for someone that eats, sleeps and breathes YouTube to join the team and help come up with and execute huge, fun ideas.* Our team is based in Brooklyn (DUMBO) and works a hybrid schedule with Tuesday-Thursday in office**Ideal Candidate*** The ideal candidate for this position will be ready to work cross-functionally across Overtime’s Content and Production teams to ensure our videos are optimized across all channels for YT* This individual will work closely with the live Broadcast teams to maximize live game viewership* This candidate must be able to ideate high performing youtube videos and thumbnails and then work with the production team to bring those ideas to life* The role will be expected to project manage across multiple concurrent leagues and channels.
