What You’ll Learn & Do

As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn the fundamentals of running successful marketing campaigns and developing high-performing teams.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Representing client brands at events, promotional campaigns, and community activations
• Learning and executing marketing and public relations strategies
• Communicating directly with customers and members of the community
• Supporting event planning, coordination, and execution
• Developing strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Learning campaign operations and performance tracking
• Participating in team meetings, training, and leadership development
• Coaching and supporting new team members as you progress
• Taking on increased responsibility as you develop your skills
• Learning the fundamentals of team leadership, business operations, and management
