This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, values teamwork, and wants to build a long-term healthcare career with opportunities for advancement.Specialty areas include family practice, pediatrics, and behavioral health/psychiatry.What you'll do:Prepare patients for appointments and proceduresObtain vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaintsAssist providers during exams and treatmentsAdminister immunizations and collect specimensDocument patient care accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)Support patient education, discharge planning, and follow-up careMaintain clean, safe, and organized exam roomsCollaborate with providers and interdisciplinary care teamsSupport quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered careCareer growth opportunities are available. We believe in investing in our employees and creating clear pathways for advancement.Medical assistant career levels:Medical Assistant I: Entry-level to 1 year of experienceMedical Assistant II: 1–3 years of experienceMedical Assistant III: 3+ years of experienceEmployees who obtain certification (CCMA, CMA, RMA, etc.) are eligible for additional hourly pay incentives.$20.00 - $26.00 per hour.
