Position: Dynamics Business Central Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

They are seeking a seasoned Dynamics Business Central Functional Consultant to lead full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionalities to deliver effective solutions that meet my clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Lead the end-to-end implementation process of Dynamics NAV/BC, from requirement gathering and analysis to configuration, testing, and deployment.
\n
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional specifications and system design.
\n
• Provide expert guidance on the capabilities and limitations of Dynamics NAV/BC to support clients' business processes.
\n
• Configure and customize Dynamics NAV/BC modules to fit business requirements, including financials, trade, inventory, sales, purchasing, and operations.
\n
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support in resolving any issues prior to go-live.
\n
• Deliver training to end-users and ensure the successful adoption of the new system.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics NAV/BC updates and best practices to ensure solution longevity and client satisfaction.
\n
• Work closely with technical teams to design and implement integrations and extensions.
\n
• Provide post-implementation support and guidance, assisting with upgrades and continuous process improvement.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Proven experience in full lifecycle Dynamics NAV/BC implementations.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its modules.
\n
• Strong understanding of business and accounting principles.
\n
• Ability to create high-quality functional documentation and system designs.
\n
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
\n
• Ability to work independently in a home-based setting, with a disciplined and proactive approach.
\n
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly desirable.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, IT, or related field.
\n
