This is an outpatient-only PM&R role with a focus on interventional pain management, a predictable workflow, and a three-year partnership track with long-term earning potential that clears seven figures. Practice Details

• Outpatient Interventional Pain PM&R role within a physician-owned orthopedic group with decades of established referral relationships.
• Clinical focus on Interventional Pain Management and Sports Medicine with procedure-forward model built for efficiency and consistent volume.
• Collaborative practice environment with experienced colleagues and strong operational support.

Schedule

• Outpatient-only with a balanced mix of clinic and procedure days.
• Predictable workflow with no inpatient responsibilities.
• Structure designed to support productivity without unnecessary complexity with extensive support staff that includes a dedicated scribe

Compensation & Benefits

• First-year earnings typically ranging from $350,000 to $450,000+ with production incentives.
• Three-year partnership track with long-term earning potential exceeding $1,000,000.

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Fellowship training in Interventional Pain is Required
• Position is not J1 or H1b visa eligible
