As a Plant Operator , you'll play a vital role in maintaining, inspecting, and repairing the hospital's mechanical systems and equipment-ensuring a comfortable, reliable, and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, operate, and repair hospital, clinical, kitchen, and office equipment to ensure proper performance and safety.
• Diagnose and repair system malfunctions for boilers, water heaters, pumps, valves, and related mechanical systems.
• Adjust and maintain steam, water, and combustion systems to meet operational standards.
• Test and treat boiler water, maintaining accurate chemical and maintenance records.
• Perform plumbing system repairs, including steam, water, and gas lines.
• Document maintenance work and submit repair procedures for major issues to the Plant Operations Foreman.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience , preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Posted Salary Range

Starting from USD $31.96/Hr.
