Full-Time School Psychologist – Golden, CO

Pediatric Developmental Services is hiring a School Psychologist for a full-time opportunity in the Golden, CO area. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking a consistent schedule and a team-oriented environment.

About the Position

In this role, you'll support students with social/emotional and behavioral needs skills that impact both classroom performance and daily interactions. You'll work closely with school teams to support student success through targeted interventions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology
• Has obtained or is eligible for an endorsement as a School Psychologist as prescribed in the bylaws of the State Department of Education.
• Experience or specialized training in the field of pediatric mental health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing counseling services to students and their parents.
• Participate in a multi-tiered system of support for students with social/emotional and behavioral needs, including participation in inter-disciplinary meetings to evaluate and discuss the diagnosis and treatment of students.
• Participating in initial IEP and annual IEP development as appropriate.Collaborate with and coach families and staff, during weekly team meetings and follow-up meetings, to support social and emotional development.
• Adhere to federal/state/local procedures for record keeping, eligibility documentation, timelines and procedural safeguards.Develop and maintain a schedule to ensure compliance with all required meetings and services.
