Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior React Developer to lead the design, development, and evolution of our front-end applications. In addition to hands-on development, you will be responsible for defining front-end architecture, driving engineering best practices, and providing technical leadership to development teams. You will work closely with architects, product owners, UX teams, and backend engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions while ensuring consistency across the front-end ecosystem.

• Define and govern front-end architecture, standards, and development best practices.
• Establish and enforce accessibility standards aligned with WCAG guidelines and inclusive design principles.
• Define testing strategies, tooling, and quality standards across the front-end landscape.
• Ensure adequate coverage through unit, integration, and automated testing frameworks.
• Drive decisions around state management, application structure, performance, security, accessibility, and code quality.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor developers on engineering best practices.

Updated Required Skills

• Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Deep understanding of front-end architecture, design patterns, and component-driven development.
• Extensive experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit and state management strategies.
• Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and front-end performance optimization.
• Good understanding of WCAG accessibility standards, semantic HTML, ARIA patterns, and accessible UI development practices.
• Good experience establishing testing strategies and implementing automated testing solutions.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Vitest, or equivalent.
• Experience establishing coding standards, development frameworks, and engineering best practices.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Proven experience conducting code reviews and mentoring developers.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

U pdated Preferred Skills

• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Pega Constellation using React SDK.
• Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures and design systems.
• Experience implementing automated accessibility testing and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud-native and enterprise-scale applications.
