Are you looking for a new opportunity in a fast growing market space, where innovation and forward thinking is rewarded, diversity is valued, and you make a difference in the lives of others?
At Oma Fertility, an Oma Robotics brand, we believe in a world in which everyone seeking to have a child can access successful fertility treatment. We're on a mission to empower growing families with science forward, affordable treatment. We've created technology powered by AI that aims to lead to better pregnancy outcomes, built our labs to meet the most rigorous standards, designed a care approach that's personalized and personable, and are committed to ethical pricing.
This mission was the catalyst to secure financial backing to both develop the technology and open our own Oma Fertility clinics throughout the US. Recently named to Insider's list of the 34 Most Promising Women's Health Startups of 2022, this is a rare opportunity to join a team changing one of healthcare's most important and human-centered services.
We're seeking a Physician & Community Liaison (PL) to join our Marketing team and play a key role in our growth and local market outreach in St. Louis, MO and Atlanta, GA. We aren't putting the same old fertility experience behind a shiny new waiting room and that same mentality goes for this role and how we bring awareness to and develop a patient referral source network. Reporting to the Director, Clinical Marketing, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who isn't afraid to break the norm and help forge a new path forward. This full-time role is a blend of sales, marketing, and educational activities and tactics and the ideal candidate will help define this role and set the foundation for Oma's future growth. This person will be responsible for driving awareness of Oma Fertility in the local communities, building relationships with referral sources, and ultimately driving new patient visits.
Oma Fertility, a division of Oma Robotics, was founded in 2020 by a team of engineers, AI experts, and fertility specialists who believe that combining AI and robotics in the lab and human-centered care in the clinic will make parenthood possible for more people. Oma Fertility opened its first fertility clinic in Santa Barbara, California, in 2021 and has plans to expand nationally through 2023. The company was founded in 2020 by Gurjeet Singh, PhD previous founder of Ayasdi, Dr. Sahil Gupta previous founder of Aveya Fertility, and Kiran Joshi, PhD previous founder of Koko.
