Plastic Injection Maintenance Tech  
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client in the Rolling Prairie area that has grown to be a major producer of engineered plastic components and services. This company has been delivering quality products for a wide range of industries including appliance, medical, automotive, electronics, and many others.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shift: 5am - 3pm, Monday - Thursday

Pay:  Around $30/hr - based on experience 

• Maintain and Troubleshoot injection molding presses
• Maintain and troubleshoot thermolators, conveyors, robot equipment, air compressors, chillers, and water tower system
• Perform forklift repairs and maintenance
• Perform general building maintenance such as furnace, plumbing, lighting etc.
• Carry out assigned Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks
• Operate various hand and power tools to perform maintenance work and repairs
• Communicate with prior/oncoming shifts regarding any maintenance priorities and status updates
• Conduct daily maintenance checks and complete daily maintenance tasks
• Document all fixes and Preventative Maintenance (PM) per ISO requirements
• Create and place Purchase Orders for any necessary equipment purchases or repairs in keeping with company purchasing guidelines
• Operate a computer to maintain data on maintenance and repairs completed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Plastic Injection Maintenance Tech Qualifications:

• Be able and willing to work weekends and overtime, as business demands
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a maintenance capacity, preferably in an injection molding environment; machining experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
